Formby

I did quite a bit of housework yesterday so my reward was a day out today. I met a friend and we went to Formby Point for a walk through the sand dunes and along the beach, then back through the pine woods. The sun was out and it was a lovely walk. We managed to see one red squirrel at a distance but I wasn't quick enough with the camera and it didn't hang about.

I know this is not the most creative of shots but it is a record of my day. I didn't take many photos, too busy talking!

We stopped for a pub lunch on the way home as well. A lovely day out.
