We’d a trip out to buy our Christmas tree. Nice selection of healthy trees.

My wife has unpacked many of the Christmas decorations and the place feels quite festive already.

Younger son came for dinner. Then met his partner for a cold evening walk at a local tourist attraction that’s iconic day and night.

Prime Minister announced England’s Plan B Covid19 measures. Essentially England will now adopt longstanding public protection measures in force in Scotland (and to some extent Wales); these routinely opposed by Scottish Tories. And the “Downing Street 2020 Christmas Party” debacle rumbled on; so much hypocrisy. Such enormous pain and anguish for many citizens who suffered loss, and others who worked hard in NHS etc.
