Sun shine and tongue

what a wonderful day there was this thing in the sky if my memory is correct it's called the Sun, with a day of work (recovering) we hit the hills for a few hours happy days :)

weekend was spent providing safety cover for my mate on the Devices to Westminster canoe race it's a he'll of a race 127 miles 77 portages over 4 days for the juniors but the crazy ones do it non stop think the winner completed the full course in 16 hours, we had an uneventful ish weekend only launched the boat twice both with happy endings just some dented pride and very cold people's talking of cold sleeping in the back of a van at minus 3 is not nice
