I've had one of those very shitty annoying days, which started at 2am when I woke up feeling very sick and then never went back to sleep.

A tenant phoning at 9am to say that the kitchen ceiling was about to come down with a leak did not help matters.

Still, I can't fail to smile at my very own Easter Bunny.
