Here’s the Sunderland Empire, looking very festive.

Down here for the weekend visiting Martin’s dad in County Durham. 

Love the festive lights in Sunderland (see extras) which included George Washington, and a miner!

I for one, rate Sunderland as one of my favourite places to visit.
