Old barn

I took a scenic route home today and discovered this old barn. It's a beauty with plenty of blips for other days.

We farewelled a wonderful colleague today. He's off to a new job with online opportunities as a result of covid. We'll miss him, me particularly as we've worked closely together.

Endings always bring opportunities and new starts, even though it doesn't feel like that yet.

Today's gratitude: For everything I've gained from this wonderful colleague over the past 3-4 years.
