Pykestone Hill

As it was a sunny and cold day we went to Peebles to go up Cademuir Hill, a Marilyn just south of the town. We had been to Cademuir Fort a couple of times previously, but never the high point as, until fairly recently, it was surrounded by mature forest. Now it’s a mass of rapidly regenerating trees and you can see the view. The blip is taken on the way up looking to Pykestone Hill with Cademuir Fort on the right side of the blip.

Best on black.

Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is a stick with Lichen.
