These should be up

One of today's jobs should have been the hanging of these around the outside of the house. Rain stopped play! The resulting spare time wasn't entirely wasted. I checked to see if I had enough extension cords (I have), and enough staples (ditto), then I fastened a hook onto a 2 metre  bamboo pole so that I can hang the lights from the guttering without needing a stepladder.
If we get a day when it's not raining or blowing a NE gale, I might actually get the lights up
