Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Apologies to the faint hearted, this is not the prettiest of sculpture but is very impressive when you see it up close. We had a visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park today, the light was poor, it rained a bit and the ground was very muddy but I have wanted to visit for such a long time and it was great to cross it off my list at last.
The main is the 10 metre tall ‘The Virgin Mother’ by Damien Hirst and the extra his ‘Myth’, a white unicorn with half of its skin flayed, I have gone for the prettier side with less gore!
