Tradition

So much about Christmas is also about family tradition isn't it? This wooden handmade German group of choristers and their little village was a gift to my mother half a century ago from one of her piano pupils, and has been part of my family's Christmas decor ever since.  So, I brought them back in my suitcase yesterday, as they have celebrated Christmas with me in Turkey since losing Mum in 2006, but now it's time for these singers, as well as me, to come home for Christmas.
