Notre Dame--Stained Glass

This is a shot of the stained glass above the choir of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. I was with our old friend Günter, who is visiting us from Frankfurt.

Here's a shot of Günter on our visit to Frankfurt just over a year ago; the painting of Goethe in the background introduces the current exhibition at the Louvre of German art from 1800 to 1939 (an excellent show which we saw a couple of days ago).
