14yo & I headed down to Foster Square for a bit of (very) targeted Christmas shopping.

Across from the retail outlets, one wing of Midland Mills is still awaiting refurbishment as apartments, which allows a clear view to the flags of the Honda dealership on the other side of Canal Road.  I dare say that is where Max Verstappen goes to collect his engines.
