Common Inkcap

A dull grey and damp day. Most of the fungi I found today were brackets and they confused me, other than these Common Inkcaps. I like the fact that the illustrations in Merlin Sheldrake's Entangled Lives: How fungi make our worlds, change our minds and shape our futures are drawn with ink made from Shaggy Inkcaps. I'm wondering whether such ink would be tacky enough to be worked with a roller and used in print making. Only one way to find out.
