Danish Butter Cookies

Danish butter cookies.

I found a 5 pound (!!!) tin of these at Costco yesterday, and we have been grazing on them ever since. It will be interesting to see how long 300 butter cookies last in our household of two. I expect the answer will be a shockingly brief time.
