Striding Edge

Thank you for the sweet comments on recent blips. Sorry I’ve not been good at responding.

The weather forecast said 40mph winds but there was scarcely a breath so we managed a far bigger section of the edge than expected. That said, the rocks were wet so we mostly took the ever so slightly lower gritty path, even though parts of that were snow covered. Most importantly it wasn’t icy. Once most of the way across, we turned back the way we’d come, judging that a descent of Swirrel Edge would be just a bit too tricky today.

The views were non existent, but it was a good adventure on a wintry day.
