Carli

Today we drove from one end of Puerto Rico to the other... Rincon to San Juan.  We made several stops along the way, visiting two lighthouses and a couple of small towns of interest.  Tonight was another highlight.  Wet went into Old San Juan and enjoyed dinner and music at Carli's.  Carli Munoz owns the restaurant.  He is an outstanding jazz pianist, who back in the day performed with the likes of not only The Beach Boys, but many jazz musicians as well.  We had a brief conversation afterwards and found him to be delightful.

The food at Carli's was outstanding.  It is really a special place and highly recommended by Gina and me.  Tomorrow morning, we will probably return to the old town before flying back to North Carolina.

One of the things we liked about traveling in Puerto Rico is that everyone is serious about protecting each other from Covid19.  Because everyone wears a mask and most are vaccinated, the instances of coronavirus is low.
