Out For a Run

Out for a run this morning over one of my old running trails around the grounds of the University of East Anglia.  After a slow jog through woodland I crossed a bridge over the River Yare above, and saw this view.  After pausing for a few moments I returned to my run which turned into a mini photo outing using only my mobile phone. Who was it once said, "The best camera is the one you have with you." Well that was the case today.  Managed 45 mins easy running with a few stops for pics.
