Papa bear says hi, all is well...

A really wonderful nights rest was just what I needed. The 10 hour workday seemed to go much faster than normal. Nice to have a few hours after work to relax too. In the extra is some hummers trying to figure out what that flash of light was - It was to dark to get anything good so I used the flash on the camera - I wonder if they were seeing "stars"

A simple 260 mile run tomorrow and then its the weekend. Yeah!
