Alton Water

I felt the lost hour today after the hectic day yesterday, but.. Mum's boiler was working! So we had heat and hot water, which was a much nicer start to the day. We took a car-picnic to Alton Water went for a blustery walk around the reservoir. We had our wellies on so spent ages paddling round the edge of the water. It's 8.2 miles around the lake, so I definitely want to come back for a long run when it's a bit warmer. We spent the afternoon at my Aunt's in Woodbridge and my cousin was able to mend both mine and Mum's laptops which was a relief. It was nice to get back and make some cauliflower cheese and watch some telly.
