Chintz

Another dull and dreary day weatherwise but a lot has been achieved. A 4m length of solid worktop surface wood arrived on the back of an enormous pantechnicon - too large to get down our boreen so it was left rather unceremoniously at the top. It was incredibly heavy, way too heavy for us to lift,  but Himself invented an ingenious device with wheels which he attached to the front and then we both negotiated the slope downwards to his workshop. Too big to go in, he then had to cut it up to the correct lengths outside. Inventive chap.

A slight amount of investigation and a melancholy window presented itself to me. A flower Friday with a difference.
