Frost

The lawn has been covered with thick frost all day but these cyclamen have a delicate fringe of crystals.

In anticipation of difficulties arising from an increase in Covid cases I decided to do as big a shop as possible today that would keep fresh for Christmas lunch. The supermarket was not overly busy and we now have a frozen turkey and the rest of the meal catered for. It may not be quite as we would have liked but it will certainly be festive.

Now all I need to know is whether B, S and the Flumlet will be able to join us in seven days' time as planned.
