I spent hours gardening today and now my back is paying the price. Have moved back to my house as I got pinged on the NHS app and then started to feel like I was coming down with a sore throat and cough. Didn't want to make my parents ill but my house is not the ideal place to live at the moment. PCR was negative and I have been here nearly a week so in some ways has been good to see how I have felt being back hone.
