Super duper

Pea souper.

Had another quick leg stretch between sessions.
Just HAD to go out in this marvellously disorienting fog.

Main image is my neighbour returning from a four mile run.  His familiar running gait instantly recognisable even in such low visibility.

I've been immersed in stuff online since the end of October - all mind boggling, heart opening stuff. Finish up on Weds of this week, phew. 

May try to sneak in a booster Monday or Tuesday - torn, don't want to be out of it/miss a thing, and don't want to wait till last possible Vax clinic on Thursday as I'm imagining that might be very busy..  The none locally till 16th January.  Yikes.  Priorities!
