Telegraph Pole Dispute

Mostly a very dull day and the brief spells of brightness didn't correspond with my spare time.
I was beginning to think that it would be another non photo day when I noticed our local pale morph buzzard sitting atop the telegraph pole in the lane.
I had enough time to find my camera (buried under a pile of paperwork) and attach the long lens.
As I watched from the lounge, a magpie was getting very agitated by the bigger bird's presence until finally, after about 5 minutes, the buzzard had had enough and flew across to sit on my neighbour's roof. It was still there an hour later presumably hoping to see a rodent for it's supper
