Misty morning

Up out and early to have a little family hockey pass about at a local astro

Then home and out for a very muddy run.

The kids watched a fair bit of telly.

Q and I popped into town to pick up some Christmas bits for Z.

Then totally knackered with no oomph for the rest of the day.
