Christmas prep

I got a friend a little gift. I hope she’ll like it. I haven’t seen her since before the pandemic, so it’ll be really nice to see her tomorrow. I must remember to take the present with me.

You might have noticed the tree is up. I did finish it yesterday, as I said I would. I went rogue and experimented with putting the lights up the trunk instead of round the outside. I thought it might look pretty illuminated from the inside. The jury is on the fence.
