I just heard that This wonderful tenor died yesterday in hospital in Manchester, aged just 53.
Back in the day I went to two Il Divo concerts, which were completely fabulous. Carlos of course was the joker and ladies man, and the (mostly middle-aged) female audience were totally smitten.
