Trees along the Tweed

I made the Edinburgh-London commute today for a meeting that lasted just over an hour. Nevertheless, much work was completed in my mobile office on the train, and I enjoyed the company of my colleague C for the day.

The sun was setting over the Tweed at Berwick on the journey north this evening. I like the way that the bare branches of the trees are picked out along the river bank in this shot.

I'm looking forward to a mini blipmeet with ReliantRobin for breakfast in Edinburgh tomorrow.
