Burger

Grilled wagyu mushroom and gruyère burger on a homemade bun, air fried sweet potato fries, and salad with scallion, tomato, and ranch dressing. Wine: Carducci The Geoligist Bolgheri 2018.

I love mushroom-Swiss burgers, though I had never made my own before. The wine is a so-so super Tuscan with Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
