The candy wagon

I was thinking that candy is a Scottish word, but Mr Google tells me it's Persian. Neverthe less it does turn up in a Sottish song; Coulter's Candy. We both call the man  in red with the white beard, Santa Claus. 'Dollar' is one, as it's a small town in central Scotland. I'm a bit stuck now. 'Wee' occurs to me as Frank Sinatra had an album called In The Wee Wee Hours. If you know any others, fire away.
