... to an otherwise dull damp and chilly day, this young man also seemed oblivious to the cold weather (if the rest of his clothing was an indicator - see my extra).

I had difficulty uploading a blip yesterday. I think I managed to upload one but it doesn't appear in the usual display. I don't know if this was a general problem that has since been sorted out.
