Decorating gingerbread

Trying to have an easy at-home day today. Ariadne and I spent this afternoon whipping the Royal icing and then piping it onto the gingerbread we made earlier this week (and I forgot to Blip). Neither of us are expert pipers but it's festive and they taste yummy!

The recipe is taken from my Mum's favourite Norwegian recipe which she brought back with her after a working trip when she was young.
