Maggie's Window...

...On The World,

from where she follows the parade of dogs that routinely strut by with their walkers, the antics of the birds at the feeders, the acrobatics of the squirrels as they attempt, successfully, to defeat the "squirrel -proof bird feeders and the bunnies as they hop about and munch on the lawn. It all sends her tail a-shivering....   

And oh yes, of course, the continuing saga of the giant inflatable mouse in the Santa suit across the street? It has provided her with endless entertainment..... the Ups and Downs of Micky the Santa Mouse...He was up last night again - full-blown - but this morning? Down for the count AGAIN...and rolling about on the ground, trying desperately to get up..but to no avail.. ( see extra) ..all a good laugh for Maggie...The mighty mouse who was too big for his knickers ....What cat wouldn't like to see a cocky Goliath of a mouse brought to its knees - or butt...  it makes for great Cat TV and she has a front row seat! Right behind the Christmas tree with tempting dangly things to bat. Life is good.... 

And how lucky for me that she chose to sit there just as I was desperately looking for a blip!

NB: No permission was given by Maggie to have her photo published online, but I doubt she will make a fuss about it...She knows who is going to fill that Christmas stocking she has hanging up in the living room and that it has something to do with being "nice" ...at least until Christmas day....
