A plummy seasonal feast!

Thank you all lovely  blippers for your kind remarks on yesterday's green cathedral. Such a sweet place on these hot days...28 degrees celsius today!
Today Dr D picked the last of the Christmas plums. He remarked that the other 400 had been pre-tested by the birds! It's good to leave some for them and besides that we give several buckets full away every December.
I'm guessing the tomatoes will ripen whilst we're at the lake and so we'll tell  Adie our garden helper to help herself to those. She and her son are walking the Routeburn Track this week.
