A Hardy Soul!

The Winter 2021 issue of Wisconsin Natural Resources Magazine features a variety of outdoor winter activities, including surfing! The waters of Lake Michigan are 36f/2.22c at this time of year, and apparently, there can be waves big enough for surfing.
