More Christmas

The baubles were kindly provided by the owner but I've added a bit of our own plus greenery.

The Christmas pudding crisis (actually, really not much of one as its only me that'll eat it!) was averted by the little local shop. There's a lesson there!

We collected LD and D and drove over to meet up with the majority of the Yorkshire contingent. A lovely day, made much better by the change in plan to meet at one of their homes rather than the original pub lunch. I appreciate that this is exactly the sort of behaviour that the hospitality business dislikes but with two elderly people involved we really felt this was the wisest course. And we stayed longer and were a lot more relaxed than if we'd been out.

Finally feeling a bit more like Christmas!
