Western blue bird

       Same old story: excellent photo opportunity with several birds splashing in the water and camera not handy. The other day (Tuesday?) Kathy exclaimed, "Look! See the woodpecker?" Where? oh, that's not a wood pecker - close - it was a flicker. Don't forget water for the wild birds.

Well that's weird this is supposed to be the entry for the 23rd . . . trying to edit to change date from the third . . . shows both dates ???    Corrected.
