Christmas Eve traditions

Bread sauce, it is a wonder. I’m not sure why I make it, is it because of my Nana or my dad ? Who knows? ( hoping my mum will explain in a comment ).

Anyway I made ours today, and peel the spuds and did some other stuff.

Christmas Eve is all about the Bicks, they open their most splendid house provide excellent food and drink and we have a lovely few hours before the madness of actual Christmas begins. Last year was sort of off due to Covid so we were really looking forward to this years gathering.

It was excellent, in spite of half the people not turning up ( completely understandable), we ate, drank, sang Christmas songs, and spent time with the best people.
