Soon be Christmas

A full on day today, I sacrificed my doggie walk to make another batch of mince pies and some shortbread. 

Veggies prepped, hassleback potatoes part cooked, stuffing made and it’s only 1 o’clock. A quick change out of my pinny to get ready for our friends dropping by, spent a lovely couple of hours with them and then it was  back in the kitchen pinny back on finishing off.  Hopefully thanks to “Jamie Oliver”and my two little elf’s an easy day tomorrow.
