A Happy Christmas to all!

Early morning quiet.
It was 51 years ago yesterday that Stephen and I became engaged to be married. So thankful for all those years.
For the first time in 13 years we won’t be driving down the M5 over Christmas. We can just walk 20 minutes to our son’s or 7 minutes by car.
It will be the car today as we have all their Christmas gifts to take with us.
Thankful for all those people out there working tirelessly in vaccination centres, health services and other essential services who are battling to keep us safe.
Hoping, and praying for a more normal year in 2022.
And thinking of the family of Marlene, working their way through their awful loss.
