Mis-sold ?

Perhaps SSE mis-sold this energy project to the Port of Tilbury too ?..and at a cost of £12 million.

First time I have actually seen the sails turning ... and they do bend quite a bit .

SSE/Port of Tilbury have promised £100K to local charity projects, but in Essex/ Thurrock only ... maybe it's time people in Gravesend whose views have been affected could ask for funding for projects too?
