the hope

we’ve been waiting for - the day we remember - the birth of a baby boy - conceived in a virgin’s womb - when our creator chose - to become one with us - picking mary and joseph - to be parents of - the son of god - so he could be with us - as the light of this world

god with us - all those years ago - he left his comfort - to be your comfort - he chooses to be with you - will you choose to be with him
