A touch of spring at the beginning of winter!

Headed east this morning for a few days ……. Bitingly cold wind accompanied by a light smir of rain.

Heating on, car unpacked and then we nipped down to the beach but it was much too cold to linger. A few hardy folk were striding along by the water’s edge.

Glad I took a photo of the tulips L brought me last week. I expect they will be dropping by the time we get home on Thursday.
