AFC Telford United 1 Chester FC 3

New manager syndrome.

Steve Watson took charge for the first time and Chester were comfortable winners. This was the first away win in exactly 12 months as they also won here on Boxing Day last year.

It is difficult to gauge too much from this as I thought Telford were very poor and it will be a bigger test on Tuesday when we play 2nd placed Fylde. Still it was great to see an away win, the first I have experienced in just short of two years.

We also managed a few geocaches, found another great pub - The Peacock  (our usual Telford pub is temporarily closed) and it didn't rain so it it was a very successful day.

The blip shows the players celebrating the second goal.
