New Swimming Pool

Today, Alexandra and I took the girls to the new sports hub.

It only opened just before Christmas.

It's really impressive.

There's a 50 metre outdoor pool.  Plus a huge separate play pool for the children.

Then there's a 25 metre indoor pool.  A heated indoor children's pool.  And another heated pool for swimming lessons.  This was open today for people over the age of 16 ( a good idea if you don't want to swim around children).

There are plenty of showers and the lockers were free!

There was a small cafe, where the girls had hot chips, followed by an ice-bloc.

We were there for over 2 and a half hours.  The girls had a ball.  Isabella said it was ' the best day ever.'

After we came home I had to go and get some milk.

Couldn't believe my eyes, they are already selling Hot Cross Buns!!!
