Garden birds

Over the past few days the number of birds in the garden has started to build up, partly because we've put out more feeders. There seem to be at least twenty Blue Tits present most of the time - clearly 2021 must have been a productive breeding season locally. We also have a strong group of Greenfinch and Goldfinch, who are enjoying the new feeder hung from the middle of our Honeysuckle obelisk. 

Today has been a fairly low key day, completing the Secret Santa presents for our second Christmas Day tomorrow. It's been interesting re-discovering a few craft skills that I haven't used for a very long time!
