Brrrrr

A very wet, miserable cold day for a walk at The Plantation but boy did I need it. Found out yesterday that my son-in-law has COVID and we were with him for a short period of time on Christmas Day so my ‘mental’ health hasn’t been good, been fretting and dreaming about it! Also feeling very fat, so I think cutting down and exercising with a bad leg is course of action starting tomorrow- she says hopefully!
