I had a very nice swim at 8am in semi darkness. The sea was a little bit choppy but not knock-you-over-choppy.

Tidied the house a little.

Read new art book and did some sketching

Ham and cheese toasty for tea and settling down to watch Paris Texas with my daughter at 8pm.
