Summer must be in the air? It was so warm in the office today that we had to put on the cooling fans and take the air outside.

On the other hand Ryan, today's Soup Dragon, prepared a rather fine winter warming minestrone soup with flatbreads for lunch which had its desired effect.

We were all sweating by mid afternoon.

Looks like it'll be cucumber sandwiches all summer.
