Let There be Light
A real Christmas coincidence, two of my daughters, Zoe and Frances, gave me Lights for Christmas.
Zoe, Jon and family  found this real cool old camera conversion into an LED light. The other coincidence with this was the choice of camera. They choose the Russian made Zenit that was my first film SLR camera when I was about 27. I had the Zenit EM which was a bit cheeper and a bit before the Zenit TTL that the lamp is made from. Still fundamentally the same body.
Fran, Andy and family gave me a LED light that is adjusted by a hand control to change the colour and mix of the output light.
I can see these two presents being very useful with my tabletop photography, in this case is a selfi of me :)
